Creating a one-size-fits-all approach to customer conversations. That’s one of the biggest mistakes many companies make. They forget that there is a whole science behind customers’ motivations, decisions, and, after all, purchases. Four platforms. Four different projects.
The client is a consulting company specialising in marketing and sales, with ownership of four distinct platforms dedicated to the education and training of sales and consulting professionals. Each platform operates as an independent project, led by its own CEO, and we have contributed to the development and success of each one.
- A platform for conducting thorough research, relying on several decision science disciplines, such as neuroscience, behavioural economics, and social psychology. That way, it provides businesses with science-backed information and guidance that their teams can use to improve customer engagement and conversions.
- A global membership community, dedicated to empowering digital leaders and sellers to expand their customer base and drive sales by applying data-driven insights.
- A platform for delivering an exceptional experience for a company’s salespeople to improve their performance. It uses various content forms, including videos, presentations, audio materials, online tests, and quizzes. It helps them transform their monotonous sales training content into engaging learning material with videos of top performers and thought leaders.
- An innovative solution that allows you to create memorable, scientifically-backed presentations that engage customers, enhance brand loyalty, and inspire them to make purchasing decisions faster. Based on EEG research, it sends monthly slides that companies can insert into their sales decks.
The team: The shift from part-time maintenance services to complete project ownership
We started with two part-time employees who worked on a single client’s platform and were only in charge of its maintenance. Over time, parallel with the client’s growing satisfaction, our roles and responsibilities have evolved. Today, we are their only tech partner and have 16 professionals – full stack developers, mobile developers, quality assurance engineers, project managers, DevOps, and software architects – working on the client’s four main projects and two micro-projects (feature implementations).
The solution: Modernising the legacy code
The three projects come with their own set of objectives, requiring unique roles, responsibilities, and technologies.
For example, the biggest challenge was maintaining and expanding the platform with the existing legacy code. The entire responsibility for prioritising and resolving issues was on our side, where we built APIs and created new iOS and Android applications from scratch.
