CLAN INFORMATIK AG offers pension management solutions – for active members and retirees across various pension plans and a specialised system for managing client assets in pension funds and savings plans.
The challenge: The lack of scalability of their existing software
When CLAN INFORMATIK AG first reached out, they had a pension management solution that was no longer fully in line with the growing market needs.
Our client needed a new software solution that would enhance the user experience while remaining flexible enough to adapt to future changes. At the same time, it had to retain the core functionalities of the previous system to support efficient pension fund management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.

OfferTool
OfferTool is a dedicated portal designed to streamline the process of creating pension fund proposals for potential clients. This tool needed to allow pension funds to configure plans, input financial data, and generate detailed reports without overloading the central core system until an offer was accepted. It involved a deep understanding of the client’s domain to deliver the solution they needed.
Employer and Employee portals
The collaboration included customising portals for employees and employers. Employers can now manage pension plans at a company level, while employees can track contributions and make withdrawals when needed. We focused on optimising the software for a smooth user experience and seamless integration.
