We implement a range of security measures throughout our internal processes and contracted work, including secured access to data with firewalls, intrusion detection systems and data encryption; consultation with security specialists; and NDAs.
By default, Vega IT owns the copyright to all the software that we write for you unless we have a written agreement that states otherwise.
We provide a variety of ongoing technical support services, including bug fixes, security updates, maintenance, ad-hoc enhancements and consulting.
How long it takes to get a quote really depends on the complexity of the project, though we’ll try to provide you with the details you need in just a few days. Ideally you’ll be able to share as much specific information as possible, including your main goals, the issues you’re facing and details of existing documentation.
That said, many customers aren’t initially certain of their requirements – in this case, we’re happy to listen to your ideas and questions so we can suggest solutions.
Every project is different, but most will include one or all of performing research, running a scoping session, building the system’s architecture, developing the software, testing it and launch. So, once you’re satisfied with the profile of the team we propose, we can begin understanding, tackling and resolving your ideas and challenges.
